 Post subject: My BodyBuilding Diet

For anyone thats interested this is the diet I received and have been using for about a month. My BF% has gone down 4%, and I've lost a good amount of weight already. The trick is to buy some dry rubs and hot sauce, try different ones till you find what you like.

I also have a recipe for the oats (incase you cant eat them by themselves):

4 cups of oats
2 egg whites
1 tbsp of splenda
12 oz jar sugar free smuckers jelly or jam in any flavor(10 cal per serving made with splenda)

mix everything besides oats together in bowl, add oats, spray muffin pan with spray butter, scoop out 1/2 cup portions into each muffin hole. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes....get these:

Only 1 little muffin needed for your 1/2 cup oat meal requirements without adding cals, sugar, fat etc
