Rodriguez told state public radio Thursday that the doctor who pronounced the girl dead at a hospital in the town of Tulancingo is being investigated for possible negligence.

Uh...possible negligence? I think burying a baby alive totally wipes away the realm of "possible" and moves it straight into definite.

Have you ever been to Mexico City? It isn't some backwards ass town, it is a huge metropolis. They aren't exactly behind the times when it comes to medicine and doctors. They probably have better health care than a lot o American cities.

:erroe: What does that even mean? I guess you are saying that because it is mexico, a metropolis of nearly 9 million people, with a health care system comparable to US (in fact lots of doctors practicing in the US get their training there), it is to be expected that they are burying babies alive?
